In conditions of polypharmacy with anti-inflammatory drugs, alterative changes were noted in the kidney tissue; with prolonged use, necrotic and sclerotic changes began to progress.

Аннотация В данной статье представлены результаты исследований экстракта корня растения «Rubia tinctorum L». Экстракт растения "Rubia tictorium L" состоит из комплекса экстрактивных веществ, в котором содержится около 8% антраценовых продуктов. Экстракт представляет собой окрашенный порошок с кислым вкусом и гигроскопичным внешним видом. В ходе исследований для экстракта были подобраны органические растворители, методом ВЖХА и ИК спектроскопии изучен состав образца раствора, приготовленного растворением в растворителе, приготовленном отдельно для хроматографии от спиртового экстракта. Приведены экспериментальные данные по сравнению хроматограммы раствора пробы, взятой для анализа, с хроматограммой стандартного раствора гликозида.
