Abstract: The approaches and methods now being employed in the classroom to
promote learning are referred to as contemporary teaching methods. Traditional
teaching techniques like lectures and rote memorization have given way to more
participatory, student-centered strategies in recent years. These modern teaching
techniques have had a big and lasting impact. An important outcome of modern
teaching strategies is increased student involvement. Students who actively participate
in their education are more likely to remember what they have learned and to have a
deeper comprehension of the subject matter. Students can also learn valuable life skills
like cooperation, critical thinking, and problem-solving through interactive exercises
like group projects, discussions, and simulations.
