Abstrakt. Limfoid tizimning hujayralari o'ziga xos to'siq-fagotsitar funktsiyalari tufayli ekzogen omilning makromolekullarini nospesifik ravishda o'zlashtirishga qodir. Ular homilador ayollarda qo'llanilganda, bu tizimning funktsional faolligi organizmda kuchayishi mumkin, bu naslning limfoid tizimi tuzilmalarining yanada rivojlanishiga ijobiy ta'sir ko'rsatadi. Maqolada hujayra immunitetining shakllanishini ta'minlaydigan periferik immunokompetent organlar (taloq) morfogeneziga nuklein tabiatdagi immunomodulyatorning ta'sirini o'rganish bo'yicha o'zimizning morfologik, morfometrik tadqiqotlarimiz natijalari keltirilgan; homiladorlikning o'rtalarida va uning tugashi bilan, u asosan gumoral javob uchun mas'ul bo'lgan tuzilmalarning erta rivojlanishini ta'minlaydi.
