Annotation: Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a syndrome of various cardiovascular diseases leading to a decrease in the pumping function of the heart (impaired contraction and, to a lesser extent, relaxation), chronic hyperactivation of neurohormonal systems and manifested by shortness of breath, palpitations, increased fatigue, excessive fluid retention in the body and limitation of physical activity .References
