THE IMPORTANCE OF INTERACTIVE METHODS IN TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES
Abstract
Annotation: Interactive methods are essential in teaching foreign languages because they engage students in the learning process, making it more effective and enjoyable.
This article discusses the importance of using interactive methods in teaching foreign languages. Interactive methods, such as role-playing, games, project-based learning, and peer teaching, actively engage students in the learning process and provide them with opportunities to practice their skills in a natural and communicative way.
The article provides several benefits of using interactive methods, including increased motivation, improved comprehension, enhanced fluency, cultural awareness, and collaboration and teamwork. It also gives examples of interactive methods that can be used in the foreign language classroom.
