Abstract

Asosnoma: Qalqonsimon bez gormonlari ko'p fiziologik faoliyatda muhim rol o'ynaydi, shu jumladan hayvonlarning reproduktiv funksiyasi to'g'ri ishlashida, ularning rivojlanishini nazorat qilishda qatnashadi. Qalqonsimon bez gormonlarining ortiqchaligi yoki etishmasligi moyaklar funksiyasining o'zgarishiga olib keladi. Tireotoksikoz modeli chaqirilgan kalamushlarni va ularni an`anaviy hamda noan`anaviy davolashda moyak buralma naychalari soni, naychalar epitelial qalinligi qanday o’zgarishga uchrashi aniqlandi. Barcha tajriba guruh hayvonlarini nazorat guruhiga solishtirilganda moyak buralma naychalar soni va buralma naychalar diametri diyarli o’zgarmagan, merkazolil va qushqo’nmas moyi qo’shilgan tajriba guruhda buralma naychalar bo’shlig’ining diametri merkazolil yuborilgan tajriba guruhga nisbatan kamayib yaxshilandi, merkazolil va zaytun moyi berilgan hayvonlar guruhda esa ikkinchi (merkazolil) tajriba guruhga solishtirganda buralma naychalar epitelial qavatining balandligi sezilarli tiklanganligi aniqlandi.
