Abstract: This article focuses on the current issues of teaching the subject of “SUCCESS AS A LEARNER” within the scope of English language in professional educational institutions. Attention is also paid to the content of the reforms and legal documents implemented in the field. In this work, the actual issues of person education and learning based on the principle of LLL throughout their life are discussed.
