Ushbu maqolada bulg‘or qalampirining kimyoviy tarkibi,oziq-ovqat va farmatsevtikadagi ahamiyatiga alohida to‘xtalib o‘tilgan. Shirin bulg’or qalampirining asosiy xususiyatlari va uning inson tanasiga ta'siri muhokama qilinadi. Zamonaviy ixtisoslashtirilgan adabiyotlar va tegishli ilmiy ma'lumotlar tizimli o’rganildi. Mahsulotning kimyoviy tarkibi va ozuqaviy qiymati ko'rsatilgan, bolgar qalampirining turli xil tibbiyotda qo'llanilishi va uni turli kasalliklarda qo'llash samaradorligi ko'rib chiqiladi. Capsicum annum ya’ni shirin qalampirning ba'zi shakllarida eng yuqori darajadagi turli xil vitaminlar va minerallar majmuasi bor. Bitta qizil bulg'or qalampiri tavsiya etilgan kunlik C vitaminining 150-170 foizini ta'minlaydi. Maqolada shirin qalampirning dorivorlik xususiyatlari xalq tabobatidagi o‘rni o‘rganilgan.
