Abstract

Annotatsiya. Qo'llash nuqtai nazaridan, yuqori radiatsiyaviy muhitda elektron tizimni amalga oshirish an'anaviy muhandislik materiallari, masalan, metall qotishmalari orqali mumkin emas, chunki ular radiatsiyaviy shikastlanishga moyil. Radiatsiya ta'siri yarimo'tkazgich komponentlarida buzilish va strukturaviy nuqsonlarni keltirib chiqaradi. Shu munosabat bilan bu maqola an'anaviy kremniy asosidagi yarimo'tkazgichlarga qaraganda yuqori radiatsiyaviy muhitda nisbatan barqaror bo’lgan Metallooksid asosidagi yarimo'tkazgichli nanomaterialarni kosmosda qo'llash imkoniyatlariga bag’ishlangan
