Abstract

Abstract: Delegations from foreign countries are an important part of
international relations and diplomacy. It is essential for a country to classify these
delegations in order to understand their purpose, goals, and potential impact on bilateral
relations. In this paper, we present a classification system for foreign delegations based
on their level of importance, objectives, and composition. This system can help
governments and organizations to better prepare for and strategize diplomatic
engagements.
