Abstract

Annotasiya. Maqolada Saperavi, Kaberne, Hindogni, Tavkveri kabi Buxoro viloyatida yetishtirilgan turli uzum navlaridan qizil vinolarning pishib etish jarayonida eman tarashalarining vinoga solinishi o'rganildi. Eman sharobining turli xil termal qayta ishlangan tarashalari fizik-kimyoviy ko'rsatkichlarga, ta'mga, hidga, rangga ta'siri uchun tahlil qilindi.[1]
