Abstract

Annotatsiya: Dunyo miqyosida millionlab kishi uchun ichimlik suvidan
foydalanish imkonsizligicha qolmoqda. Xavfsiz va qulay ichimlik suvi aholi
salomatligi uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ichimlik suvi pishirish, ichish, yuvish,
shaxsiy gigiena, sug'orish, dam olish va sanoat maqsadlarida foydalanish kabi ko'plab
maqsadlarda ishlatilishi mumkin. Suvni "atrof-muhit sifati maqsadi" va "atrof-muhit
sifati standarti" ga ko'ra suvning maqsadiga qarab tasniflash mumkin. Suv ta'minotini
yaxshilash, sanitariya holati va suv resurslarini boshqarishni yaxshilash
mamlakatlarning iqtisodiy o'sishini oshirishi va qashshoqlikni kamaytirishga katta
hissa qo'shishi mumkin. Rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarda ichimlik suvi manbalari er
usti suvlari, er osti suvlari, buloq suvlari, sho'r suvlar, shisha suvlar va yig'ib olingan
yomg'ir suvlaridan iborat bo'lishi mumkin. Ichimlik suvidan foydalanish Jahon
sog'liqni saqlash tashkiloti (VOZ), Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkilotining Bolalar
jamg'armasi (YUNISEF) va suv ta'minoti va kanalizatsiya bo'yicha qo'shma
monitoring dasturi (JMP) tomonidan nazorat qilinadi[1].
