Abstract

Oliy ta’lim sohasida yosh o‘qituvchilarning kamolotini yo‘lga qo‘yish juda muhim jihat bo‘lib, diqqat bilan ko‘rib chiqishni talab etadi. Ularning didaktik moslashuvini pedagogik-psixologik tahlil qilish ularning ta’lim tizimiga samarali integratsiyalashuvini ta’minlashda katta ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu maqola oliy ta'lim sharoitida, xususan, kredit-modul tizimi bilan bog'liq holda yosh o'qituvchilar duch keladigan muammolarni o'rganishga qaratilgan. Ularning moslashuviga ta'sir etuvchi psixologik va pedagogik omillarni tushunib, biz ularning kasbiy o'sishini qo'llab-quvvatlash uchun tushuncha va strategiyalarni taqdim etishimiz mumkin.
