Annotatsiya: Glomerulonefrit kasalligi bu- buyraklarga yallig’lanish bilan kechadigan uchraydigan kasallik bo’lib, ulardagi chuqur o’zgarishlar bilan o’zini namoyon qiladi bu o’zgarishlar tufayli buyraklarda surunkali buyrak etishmovchiligi olib kelishi mumkin. Bu kasallik buyrak kasalliklarning tarqalishi siydik yo’llarning yallig’lanishidan so’ng orttirilgan kasalliklargan ichida ikkinchi o’rinda turadi. Glomerulonefrit kasalligining patogenezida turli xil bo’lishiga qaramasdan asosiy diqqat immunopatologik mexanizmlarga asoslangan. Bu kasallik kompleks davolashni talab qiladi. Bu kasallikning patogenizidagi molekulyar mexanizmini tashunmaslik kasallikning erta diagnostikasini va davolashda effektiv metodlarini tanlashni natijada turli asoratlar rivojlanadi. Shunung uchun yaqinda ilmiy izlanishlar shuni ko’rsadmoqdaki glomerulonefrit kasalligida sitokinlarning o’rni ahamiyatini chuqurroq aniqlashda hamda davolashdagi yangi imkoniyatlarni yaratib bermoqda
