Abstract: This article examines efficient self-study methods for second language acquisition in Uzbek that are designed for learners who want to advance on their own. The Turkic language of Uzbekistan and its surrounding areas, Uzbek, offers distinct advantages and difficulties for language learners. The relevance of having specific goals and objectives for language acquisition is covered in the opening paragraph of the article, along with the significance of motivation and desired learning results. The book then dives into useful techniques like learning the Uzbek alphabet and pronunciation, comprehending grammatical concepts like vowel harmony and agglutination, and growing your vocabulary through contextual learning. Language competency and cultural knowledge can be improved by utilizing authentic materials, immersing oneself in the culture, and interacting with local speakers. The article also promotes using contemporary tools and resources, like internet resources and apps for language learning, to help with efficient self-study.
