Abstract

Annotatsiya. Azotli o'g'itlar qishloq xo'jaligi ishlab chiqarish jarayonida keng qo'llanilib, oqizishga olib keldi C/N nisbati past bo'lgan azotli oqava suvlarning katta miqdori. Azotni o'z ichiga olgan o'g'itlarni o'z ichiga olgan oqava suvlarni tozalash uchun anaerob parchalanish usuli qo'llanildi, so'ngra nitritlar (CANON) yordamida azotni to'liq avtotrofik olib tashlash, reaktorning xususiyatlari va mikroblar jamoasining tuzilishi tahlil qilindi. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatdiki, cod asosan anaerob hazm qilish yo'li bilan olib tashlangan, codni olib tashlash samaradorligi 98,4% ni tashkil etgan va azot qisman denitrifikatsiya bilan CANON integrating yordamida samarali ravishda olib tashlangan. Olib tashlash samaradorligi 96,3% ni tashkil etdi. Kombinatsiyalangan jarayonning oqava suvlarida COD, ammiak va umumiy azot miqdori 3,7, 2,9 va 7,4 mg/l− 1ni tashkil etdi. Shunga ko'ra. Metanotrix (43,2%) va Metanomassiliicoccus (34,0%)dominant metan ishlab chiqaruvchi arxeya sifatida topildi.  Nitrosomanas (10,4%), Candidatus Kuenenia (13,8%) va Truepera (2,8%) esa qayta ishlash jarayonida azotni olib tashlash uchun funktsional bakteriyalar sifatida topildi.
