Maqsad: Revmatoid artrit bilan kasallangan bemorlarda selekoksib (seletor) bilan olib borilgan terapiyani samaradorligini baholash.
Material va usullar: Kuzatuvdagi bemorlar ikki guruhga bo‘lib o‘rganildi. Birinchi guruh 25 nafar bemorlar yallig‘lanishga qarshi bazis davo sifatida haftasiga 10 mg metotreksat va ikkinchi guruh 25 nafar bemorlarga esa yallig‘lanishga qarshi bazis davo maqsadida haftasiga 10 mg metotreksat bilan birgalikda sutkasiga 200 mgdan 2 mahal selekoksib (seletor) preparati buyurildi.
Natijalar: Kuzatuvdagi II guruhdagi selekoksib bilan davolangan bemorlarimizda yallig‘langan va og‘riqli bo‘g‘imlar soni, ECHT, C-reaktiv oqsil, VASH, DAS-28 shklalari va HAQ indeksi kamayishi I guruhga nisbatan ishonchli bo‘ldi.
