Annotation: This article explores the readiness of Uzbekistan to accept
international commercial arbitration as a means of resolving disputes. The author
delves into the current legal framework and assesses if it is conducive to promoting
international arbitration. Additionally, the article evaluates the country's infrastructure
and human resources to determine if they are sufficient for the establishment of a robust
international arbitration regime. Through insightful analysis, the author provides
