Abstract

Annotation: Within the information circuit, information about management
goals, the state of the managed process, and management effects is shared and
transmitted. The information circuit, together with the means of collecting,
transmitting, processing and storing information, as well as information processing
personnel, constitutes the information system of this organization. This system is
dynamically developing, because information undergoes changes, its speed depends on
the tasks performed by the organization. As information entering the information
system, the sources of information forming the information and the data collection
system are considered. As the outgoing information, the system of decision-making
and adoption, that is, the purposeful use of information, is analyzed. Therefore, the
information system is interconnected with the system of primary collection of
information and its secondary use.
