CULTURAL APPROACH IN THE WORK OF A TEACHER

Abstract

At all times, education has been the main factor in the development of human civilization. There is no other way than education to prepare an individual for the highest position on earth - to be a human being.

A person becomes what he is - capable of creative activity in a certain sphere of work and creativity, communication with other members of society through diverse forms of business and personal contacts based on universal social and moral norms - only thanks to education.

Education is a part of culture, which, on the one hand, feeds on it, and on the other, influences its preservation and development through man. Also S.I. Gessen posed the problem of the connection between education and culture, which is still relevant today, a necessary condition for which is the integration of education into culture and, conversely, culture into education.
