For the successful operation of an enterprise, it is simply necessary to increase the efficiency of employees, build human potential, and develop and implement personnel development programs. In order to solve these problems, personnel management services are created, which are distinguished by their multifunctionality, complexity and versatility of tasks and use innovative approaches to personnel management.
