Abstract

Creating an inclusive environment in education requires a harmonious blend of effective pedagogy and classroom management strategies. This paper explores the symbiotic relationship between pedagogy, which encompasses teaching methods, curriculum design, and assessment techniques, and classroom management, which involves establishing a conducive learning environment, managing student behavior, and fostering a sense of belonging among diverse learners.
